Treating people who use drugs as criminals is ruining lives. For a young person experimenting or wanting to have a good time with friends, the last thing they need is a criminal record or to potentially lose their life because they’re too scared to seek help when they need it. And someone experiencing drug dependence deserves care and treatment, not a prison sentence.

Our drug laws are literally ruining people’s lives. It’s time we ended the war once and for all.

Our key demands - Care, Not Cops:

  • No more drug dogs or strip searches.

  • Remove all criminal sanctions for personal drug use and possession.

  • End police quotas

  • Fully fund rehabilitation and social services so people can access the support they need, when they need it particulary in regional NSW.
